As someone who minored in Italian Studies and spent a semester abroad in Rome, The Italian Cultural Institute is one of my favorite spots in Little Holmby.

Tucked away on Hilgard avenue, The Italian Cultural Institute is the overseas office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture in the United States.

The events and experiences here are truly unique.  In addition to Italian language classes and cooking classes taught by Michelin-trained chefs, attendees can take part in movie screenings, concerts, art showings and workshops...all featuring the best Italian Artists.  Upcoming events include Leonardo 500, offering insight into Leonardo da Vinci's work, organized on his 500th anniversary. The Italian Cultural Institute is for anyone who appreciates the rich and storied history and future of Italy!
