In my spare time, I enjoy giving back, competing and cooking. I am running my own charity, Heroes for Heroes (www.heroesforheroes.org) raising money for the down payment of a home for veterans, active duty military, and teachers through endurance racing. I also run an annual Holiday Food Drive benefiting the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. In 2018, we collected over 400 lbs. of food for the less fortunate.   We smashed this record in 2019, collecting 880 lbs. of food.  After training and competing, I am a master on the grill and smoker.  Smoked prime rib is my current go to meal on the weekends.
