SOLD DEC. 2020  - REPRESENTED BUYER

This was a special one.  My clients  moved from Brazil and were looking for their first purchase in the United States. 

There were a lot of moving parts on this deal, plus working with them to make sure they understand the purchasing process in the United States.

We had been searching for some time and we jumped on this as soon as it hit the market which avoided multiple offers saved some money, and got them the home of their dreams.

They're such a wonderful family and being the person to assist in putting  roots in their new country is exactly why I love what I do!  I'm excited they are able to enjoy the holidays in their new home. Parabens!
