I met this amazing family about 2 years ago. They had just moved here from Brazil.  Meeting them and going on this journey is why I do what I do.  This sale is one of my most important in my career all for reasons that will never be disclosed.   I’ve gained an amazing friend, and I can’t tell you how happy I am for them.  They bought this house 14 months ago for 5 million, and now closing at 6.7 makes me thrilled for them!
