Just sold! Congrats to my amazing clients on the sale of their home! In under 72 hours we had an accepted offer over asking. 

This escrow was a tough one. It almost fell out 3 times and it did fall out once!! (at no fault to the sellers.)

I’m grateful to be part of the @scottgoshorn team.  We are coached 5 days a week on the practices of a NY Times best selling author/ former FBI hostage negotiator on how to navigate difficult situations in real estate. This might sound extreme, but what we focus on really just comes down to human connection and empathy. We learn tactical ways to connect with people and show empathy when they are in the midst of making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Putting these tools to use is what ultimately carried this deal to close.
