SOLD MAY 2022 - REPRESENTED BUYER

I am beyond excited to get this done for my clients. This was a second home purchase on the west coast to be closer to their daughters (who are also both my clients) who live in LA and OC.

This was new construction that was in the beginning stages when they first acquired it.  It's a great community in Lake Forest and they are excited have a second oasis where they can spend the winter season here with their family.

They are such a wonderful family and glad to get this done !
