This was one of the most challenging sales to date. An amazingly designed and ground up build from 2007, the Brentwood Chateau does not disappoint.

This home is a rare private tennis court estate in prime Brentwood! My amazing clients built the home together, retired, and then moved to Charleston. Every deal has it’s challenges, but this one had agreements with neighbors, easements, etc that made the navigation of the seas a little more challenging than a normal sale.

This sale is very special to me. I met the owners over a year and half ago, when interviewing with the husband I told him I was going to be the guy to sell his home. He didn’t choose me at first and listed with another good agent. However, he reached back out after a while and gave me the opportunity. I had this listing over a year with a few escrows that didn’t stick, but I knew I would sell this home.

I kept telling him and his wonderful wife–I have already visualized myself in Charleston clinking champagne glasses after the sale. " I will sell your house,” I told him, come hell or high water! (not sure exactly what that means, but that’s what I went with 😊)

I never once got discouraged, I kept the pedal down as I knew the owners of this amazing home were out there. The house found them, we closed, and I am booking my flight to Charleston to fulfill my vision!
