We had the pleasure of helping our lovely clients move back up north to be with their family and friends. With consistent effort the right buyer came along who really loved the home. We were able to get them a number they liked and overcame some minor hurdles during escrow. I am extremely happy to get my clients back to their friends and family before the holidays! 

Paul was an artist who also had an art restoration business in the Bay area for many years. Cheryl, a singer/songwriter,  worked along side Paul in their business together. Cheryl composed a song for Diana Ross, Jimmy Rowles, and many others. An amazing couple it was a great pleasure to have met them.

**Selling Agent was the buyer and in Lieu of receiving a commission elected to reduce the purchase price by approximately  $52,000**
