I am very excited for a very good friend and client on this. The lesson of this story is that when the market is as is tough as hell with zero inventory, you’ve got to hunt and put the effort in for your clients.   one!  In this crazy market, I was able to find him this beauty prior to the home hitting the market. What this meant was avoiding the hassle of multiple offers and a potential price point past $2M.  It’s a wonderful house in a great neighborhood with a ton of upside. It’s his first home purchase and I am honored that he entrusted me on the process!
