Got our offer accepted out of NINE OFFERS!

This is a great one!  Chris is a good buddy of mine who I met on the golf course.  He and his wonderful wife Nicole just got married a few months back and this is their first home purchase!  

They were very dialed in on the area and soon as this hit we jumped on it.  Even though this had 9 offers there is still wonderful upside on this home with the updates they are going to do. 

Being able to establish a solid relationship with the agent, they trusted that we would perform and took our clean offer compared to a riskier structured deal that was significantly higher. 

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to represent this amazing couple on their first home buying journey.  Being able to deliver for them with  smooth seas is the reward!
