SOLD NOVEMBER 2022- REPRESENTED SELLER

This was a great one.  Got a call from a longtime friend whose husband's family had this home in their family for many years.  We came with a gameplan and strategy as there was a tenant in there and wouldn't be moving out for 6 months from our initial call.

Once the tenants were out, we prepped and got it ready for market.   This was a shifting market and I read tea leaves.  We made a quick and small adjustment and instantly got an offer.

It's always wonderful to get a referral from a friend as they are entrusting you to get the job done and represent them well in the process.  It was great to meet this family as they are such wonderful people, and it turns out there are some Ohio ties and are Bengal and Buckeye fans like yours truly.

In the process I found out my friend and her husband design websites and hired them to design my charities website and they knocked it out of the park!   That site will be live in January 2023. 

It was a pleasure to get this done for them!
