SOLD SEPTEMBER 2024 - REPRESENTED BUYER & SELLER

This was a very special one.  I was referred to Lou and Shirley from a very good friend after they had the home on the market previously and it didnt' sell.  

They have been in the home since 1978 and raised a wonderful family and created many wonderful memories.

Needless to say this was a very emotional process as they start the next chapter of their lives.

You could clearly feel the love and good energy in the home from the moment I walked in.

Like every transaction there were a few moments of choppy seas, but being able to stay the course and deliver for them both so they can prepare the next stage in their life is what it is all about.

The best compliment was him telling me that I lived up to every expectation that was laid out to him by my friend when he referred me.  He said he just wishes we met sooner.  Coming from a very successful businessman who sold his company years back that he built from the ground up is what it is all about! This is why I love what I do.
