Sometimes transactions have a the added benefit of sharpening your skills, testing your endurance,  and strengthening your bond with your clients. We activated this Masterpiece right at the moment the market began to change, and every week we would see interest rates increase higher and higher. After a few price adjustments (and a calming of the rates) we received multiple offers! Throughout the transaction our clients remained cool, calm , and understanding of the market that we were in. Even right at the end when we were days away from closing and someone broke into the home! What a ride!! We were honored to be part of this transaction and help our sellers close on this deal!
