Lenny is active duty military who fights cyber crime for the army. He and his wife Nancy wanted to move back Valencia/Santa Clarita area to be closer to family.

We looked for a while and they quickly realized they wanted new construction.

We found a great lot in a development community and went to work on the design, interior, etc.

9 months later we just closed and handed them the keys.

They are such wonderful people and so glad to be a part of their journey with them to get it done!
