SOLD DECEMBER 2024 - REPRESENTED BUYER

This was a long one!

We entered escrow in February as the construction was midway completed.

This was supposed to be done in May, but completed in August.  We had to wait months for the Certificate of Occupancy, and just got everything closed on Friday.

Due to these delays I was able to negotiate them a 15k credit on the closing costs for them for the extended delay.

This is the second purchase for my wonderful clients, Mike and Preeti, and have represented them and their extended family on multiple transactions.

They were extremely patient on this one as there was  a lot of unknown wait time when dealing with our inept city when it comes to permitting and housing.

I am honored to represent them on this transaction, and thrilled we got in just before the holidays to bring in the new year.
