Negotiated additional $8,000 credit for a total of $31k Home appraised for more than what it’s purchased for, meaning it already has built in equity.
And the cherry on top? 5.7% interest! But wait, there’s more….. we did a 2-1 buydown, meaning the buyer will have a rate of 3.7% for year 1, then a 4.7% for year 2.
During our escrow , the devastating Palisades Fire took over LA leading to Los Angeles being designated a Disaster Zone. We had to deal with FEMA reports, extending rate locks, and making sure we can still get insurance! It’s a lot to manage and navigate, making sure the clients get what they need and don’t lose out.
