SOLD MARCH 2021 - REPRESENTED SELLER

Sold in just two days over asking price. This was a great development opportunity on a private street in Bel Air. My clients were relocating and had their home they were purchasing under contract. It got a little choppy at the end as they needed to fund at a certain time in order to close on their purchase on time.
We had back up plans in case so they weren't blind sided. We ended up getting it done at the last second so they didn't have to rearrange their schedule!
