I'm very excited to have delivered  for these 2 amazing sisters I represented.  This home has been in their family for years and they both spent considerable time there when they were young.

I was called from my marketing and sale of a recent home. We connected well, I went over the proposed game plan,  and it worked better than imagined. My favorite part was the staging and told them how it would transform the space. They were floored and emotional after seeing what it did to their long time home. 

The deal was close to 200k over asking and firm in the 3 days. Needless to say they were happy clients!
