Holmby Park is a beautiful park in a beautiful neighborhood, just north of Wilshire at the intersection of Beverly Glen and Comstock.   This quiet and perfectly manicured park has it all, for everyone young and old. 

A “pitch and putt” golf course is the perfect place to take beginning golfers and the park is the official home to the Holmby Park Lawn Bowling Club.  There’s two play areas – one for older kids and a fenced-in area for the younger kids to prevent them from wandering off, providing peace of mind for any parent.  Next to the playground are picnic tables and BBQ pits that you can easily reserve for parties and fun lunches with friends & family.  And for the exercise enthusiast, there’s a track around the park that is perfect for strolling or jogging. One lap around the park is 5/8th of a mile and do that seven more times and you’ve just gone 5 miles.

Holmby Park has a reputation for being meticulously maintained and visitors stand a good chance of running in to a celebrity they may recognize from television, the movies, or sports. Open from dawn until dusk everyday, there is convenient free street parking (2 hours) all around the park.
