REPRESENTED BUYER I OFF-MARKET SALE

This was a 3 month journey in very, very rough seas. This deal hung in the balance at least 10 times all the way up until close. Throughout the process, there was so much tension and emotion on both sides. Numerous delays from lenders, inspections due to Covid19, and other unforeseen issues required a herculean team effort and cool heads.  I was able to negotiate a great home for my client and keep all parties assurances we would close this deal.

To say this deal was a grind is an understatement.  I'm excited I was able to deliver a great home on a great street for my clients.
