This is a special one! Prior to meeting them they were working with a part time agent who almost lost their deposit because he released their contingencies when their loan wasn't fully approved yet. They're first time buyers working hard and saving their money. They had to fight and plead to get it back. Only because the builders did a few things incorrect they received it. Otherwise it would have been long gone.
