An amazing permit ready development of 13,000 SQ FT in prime Bel Air on over an acre of land was ready for a new owner.  This phenomenal design by Beverly Hills One was a palatial show stopper at 7 beds, 8 baths, massive theater, bar, wine cellar, and insane back yard. 

Dealing with permits and developments involves multiple  intricacies so you must be prepared and have a good grasp  of all the details, rules, regulations and changing government policies. 

This was a very challenging deal but I got it done for my client who was a  great partner throughout the process. This spirit of partnership is  crucial in these types of complex negotiations.
